Founded in 1989 Dignity Health - Mercy Hospital is a 106-bed acute care nonprofit hospital located in Folsom California. Serving over 60000 patients annually the hospital offers a full complement of services including heart care cancer care womens health and neurology. As our Director of Patient Provider and Employee Experience for Mercy Hospital Folsom you will holistically lead the strategic design and continuous enhancement of positive experiences for all patients providers and employees. Your visionary leadership will foster a culture of empathy engagement and operational excellence recognizing their profound interconnectedness.
Every day you will analyze feedback from all stakeholders identifying systemic opportunities to improve interactions workflows and organizational culture. You will develop and implement integrated programs training and communication strategies to embed best practices empower staff and cultivate a valued and respected environment.
To be successful in this role you will need exceptional leadership and change management skills a deep understanding of patient provider and employee experience principles and excellent communication for influencing cultural shifts.

Required Education and Experience:
- Masters Degree required or a combination of education and/or additional job related experience in lieu of the degree.
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in a related field required.
- Minimum of three (3) years management experience required.
