Overview:

Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center is now hiring a Director of Patient Care Services - Operations. This position will provide oversight to non clinical ancillaries (Operations and Facilities). We are seeking a leader who will build ownership and lead process improvement for sustainable value-added services.

• Masters Level Degree - (Required)

• Certified Healthcare Operations Professional (CHOP) - Basic or Advanced - (Preferred)

- 5 years minimum of related experience - (Required)

- Acute care experience - (Required)

- Clinical Leadership experience - (Required)

- Seeking candidates who will have experience in an acute care inpatient hospital setting overseeing one or more of the following:

• Security
• Food services
• Bio med (ventilators respiratory care)
• Engineering
• Supply Chain
• Guest/volunteer services
• Facilities/plant operations support
• Environmental services
• Capital building projects
• Medical Office Building (MOB) space development planning
• Large construction project experience
• FEMA certification preferred

We provide market-competitive compensation packages inclusive of base pay incentives and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $146702.40 - $228966.40 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials standby/on-call pay overtime shift premiums extra-shift incentives or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications experience location market conditions and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted it is based on a full-time colleague working 2080 hours annually.
