Minimum of five years recent and progressive managerial experience in a clinical setting.
Demonstrated competence in administration education and clinical nursing practice.
Demonstrates understanding of the social political and economic influences affecting health care programs.
Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively.
Bachelors Degree Masters Degree preferred
Current RN licensure in State of New Jersey.
