Job Summary
Director needed for an older adult center in Little Neck Queens. This is a full-time temporary position.
A community services organization is seeking an LMSW with 5 years supervisory experience (LCSW a plus) to lead its 60 adult center in Little Neck Queens in a temporary role anticipated to last 6-9 months (and with a possibility of becoming permanent). The role involves overseeing daily programming a congregate lunch service and a small staff while ensuring compliance with NYC Aging (DFTA) standards. The schedule is MondayFriday 95 with occasional evenings/weekends for special events or Cooling Center activations.
Hourly temp rate will be determined based on the social workers experience when permanent the salary is $72500.
