Salary: $95000 - $115000

PAM Health is seeking an experienced compassionate and results-driven Director of Wound Care to lead our wound care this leadership role you will oversee the daily operations of the wound care department ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care support and develop clinical staff and maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with a strong clinical background in wound care and a passion for improving patient outcomes.

• Provide leadership direction and supervision for the wound care team.
• Oversee all wound care service operations to ensure efficient high-quality patient care.
• Evaluate staffing needs and recommend appropriate staff-to-patient ratios to support quality outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Foster effective communication by serving as a liaison between clinical staff and hospital administration.
• Promote staff engagement accountability productivity and professional development.
• Develop implement and maintain departmental policies procedures and best practices in accordance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal state and organizational guidelines.
• Monitor quality metrics and implement performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide exceptional wound care services.

• Current unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Certified Wound Specialist (CWS) certification (or equivalent if applicable) in good standing.
• Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience.
• Demonstrated leadership communication and organizational skills.

• • Three (3) or more years of progressive supervisory or management experience in wound care.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in an acute care rehabilitation or post-acute healthcare setting.
