What will you be doing in your role
Leadership Management & Accountability (LMA)
- Translate agency vision into an actionable workforce strategy grounded in experimentation learning and measurable outcomes
- Lead teams with clarity accountability and adaptability in a fast-paced evolving environment
- Drive performance to ensure teams deliver high quality and mission aligned service
- Model agency values and foster a culture of excellence and accountability always rooted in Catholic Social Teaching
- Ensure program fiscal health while balancing responsible risk-taking and innovation investment
- Align resources and remove barriers to drive consistent high-quality implementation across teams
- Hold managers accountable for program implementation to ensure services are effective efficient and achieving intended client outcomes
Designated Subject Matter Expert
- Build and maintain relationships with employers industry partners and community stakeholders
- Identify employment opportunities and pipelines for clients
- Ensure clients are trained and ready to work to meet employer needs
- Utilize knowledge and skill set to support internal decision-making staff development and external representation
- Serve as both a content expert and innovation leader in workforce development
Design Test and Scale Workforce Models
- Lead the development and evolution of workforce services within a test-and-learn environment
- Design and advance new workforce approaches that integrate employment skill development and wraparound client support in cohesive and effective ways
- Establish and implement disciplined processes for piloting evaluating and improving workforce models
- Use data on client outcomes and market insight to inform decisions about model continuation adaptation scaling or discontinuation
- Working with the Vice-President and Head of Client Services develop new lines of services related to advancing the CCFW mission in given expertise area
Advance Evidence-Based Practice and Replication
- Strengthen program effectiveness by championing a culture of evidence evaluation and continuous improvement
- Integrate data research and evaluation into program design and daily operations to ensure fidelity to proven methods
- Evaluate outcomes identify opportunities for improvement & innovation based on data insights and field research
- Lead agency replication or scaling efforts with fidelity ensuring program models remain impactful and sustainable
Cultivate Stakeholders and Community Partnerships
- Serve as a visible program ambassadorbuilding and maintaining relationships that support innovation evaluation and long-term impact
- Ensure community partners align with agency priorities and Catholic Social Teaching
- Maintain strong relationships with workforce partners ensuring clear communication and alignment of priorities
- Align partnerships to support both client success and program sustainability
Are you the next Director of Workforce Services
- Masters Degree in social work or related field or a combination of education and experience
- 7-10 years of relevant professional experience in workforce development or a closely related field
- 5 or more years of program leadership experience at a director level or equivalent preferred
- Proven ability to lead innovation efforts pilot programs or new initiatives
- Comfortable with ambiguity experimentation and change
- Ability to work on-site 4 days a week in Fort Worth TX
