The organization is continuing to build out its underwriting leadership layer in Overland Park aligning underwriting program strategy and distribution more tightly within a centralized model designed for scale.

The Mission

Step into a leadership role where you own either a defined underwriting program or a broader portfolio segment. This role exists to bring structure profitability and strategic direction to a growing bookwhile maintaining close alignment between underwriting decisions distribution flow and long-term performance.

• Portfolio Ownership: Oversee a book or program with full visibility into performance profitability and growth strategy
• Underwriting Leadership: Guide risk selection structure deals and maintain underwriting discipline across your segment
• Program / Segment Strategy: Shape how the business scales within your vertical while protecting long-term portfolio health
• Distribution Alignment: Maintain close coordination with broker and internal distribution channels to ensure consistent deal flow
• Team Influence: Act as a decision point for underwriting structure mentorship and market alignment
