Director of Therapy Operations Opportunity:

• Full-time permanent opportunity working face to face daily
  
• Monday-Friday schedule
  
• The Director of Therapy Operations will direct daily operations implement policies and procedures and ensure regulatory compliance while driving financial performance and accountability.
  
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to expand community education marketing initiatives and clinical training opportunities.
  
• The Director of Therapy Operations will deliver high-quality patient care and cultivate an engaged high-performing team through recognition and professional development.
  

Director of Therapy Operations Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited Physical Therapy Occupational Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology program; current state license required. Masters or Doctorate preferred.
  
• Minimum of 5 years of rehabilitation experience including 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  
• Current BLS (CPR) certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
