POSITION TITLE: Director of Technology (Job Description)

QUALIFICATIONS: The Director of Technology serves as the districts executive leader for educational technology information technology cybersecurity artificial intelligence data governance and digital innovation. The Director develops implements and continuously evaluates a comprehensive technology strategic plan that supports district priorities and advances teaching learning operations and organizational effectiveness while ensuring secure reliable accessible and equitable access to technology resources.

Minimum Requirements include:

Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in information technology computer science educational technology education business administration or a related field.

Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in educational technology or information technology.

Demonstrated experience leading organization-wide technology initiatives and supervising technology personnel or service providers.

Experience with strategic planning budgeting cybersecurity data governance technology infrastructure instructional technology enterprise systems procurement and project management.

LOCATION: District Administrative Center

CONTRACT: Admin Act 93 12-Month
