Learn more at Viant Medicals website or on the role:As Supply Chain Director you will lead and enhance the supply chain function across multiple Viant locations covering demand and capacity planning inventory and supply planning and new product introductions. You will drive continuous improvement and be accountable for key metrics such as On-Time Delivery Backorders and Inventory Days on Hand while balancing strategic development with hands-on execution of processes and Model: Remote - anywhere from the United StatesTravel Requirement: 50% -75% travel across Viant locations in the US; Costa Rica; Tijuana BC; and Vega Baja PR you willdo:Systems:Establish and optimize the use of Viants ERP and advanced planning systems functionality for Planning Scheduling Capacity Analysis Demand Management Order Management Inventory Management and other Supply Chain as subject matter expert for ERP functionality as it relates directly or indirectly to Supply Chain and optimal inventory levels necessary to achieve target service levelsDevelop standards of operation to ensure accurate inventory recordsAssist the plants with aggressive inventory plans and projects to achieve days on hand targetsEstablish and oversee the master scheduling process at the individual site locations and consistent and visible production expectations that meet the long-term supply plans and achieve our service level goal of 95% On time methodology and assist site Production Planners with systematic management of work orders and shop floor and maintain capacity models (inside ERP) for production and supply chain at each manufacturing capacity constraints and mitigate them to optimize continuous improvement of the SIOP process with business unit executives site management teams and with the commercial team to establish robust demand with individual sites to establish and maintain long-term supply plans using systematic planning standard work and daily management systems to link the SIOP plan to the daily site production execution and financial resultsEnsure master data integrity in key systems through process monitoring and cross-functionally with management and workforces across multiple complex issues and solutions to multiple audiences including executive management production management and subject matter other duties as :Education:Bachelors Degree requiredMasters Degree in Supply Chain related field or Business Administration is preferredAPICS Certification is preferredJob Experience:4 years of experience leading change in a manufacturing environment.
