Are you a passionate and experienced nursing educator looking for a leadership role in a supportive and collaborative environment Rock Creek Care Center is seeking a full-time Director of Staff Development (DSD) to oversee staff training and ensure the highest standards of care for our residents. Salary: $80000 - $100000 per year (depending on experience)

Develop implement and oversee staff education and training programs
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations for staff training
Provide ongoing education in infection control safety and best nursing practices
Support new hires with orientation and onboarding programs
Monitor and maintain employee training records and certifications
Work closely with nursing leadership to enhance quality of care and professional development
Active California LVN license required
DSD Certification required***
Experience in staff development training or education within a skilled nursing facility preferred
Strong knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Passion for mentoring and developing healthcare professionals
