Salary: $80000 - $100000 per year (depending on experience)

• Develop implement and oversee staff education and training programs

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations for staff training

• Provide ongoing education in infection control safety and best nursing practices

• Support new hires with orientation and onboarding programs

• Monitor and maintain employee training records and certifications

• Work closely with nursing leadership to enhance quality of care and professional development

• Active California LVN license required

• DSD Certification required***

• Experience in staff development training or education within a skilled nursing facility preferred

• Strong knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Passion for mentoring and developing healthcare professionals
