Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee Flynn Hospitality. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotels employment policies and practices including hiring firing discipline staffing compensation benefits and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International Inc.

What Youll Do

As Director of Sales you will:

  • Lead the hotels sales strategy across corporate group and transient segments
  • Develop team goals manage performance and implement incentive programs
  • Collaborate with hotel operations to ensure sales goals align with guest experience standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts local businesses and community partners
  • Utilize brand sales systems and tools to manage leads and reporting
  • Represent the hotel at industry events networking functions and local community initiatives
  • Work closely with sales support teams to maximize brand-driven opportunities

What You Bring

  • 5 years of hotel sales leadership preferably with Hilton or Marriott brands
  • Expertise in Marriott systems such as CI/TY MARSHA and OneSource (preferred)
  • Proven ability to drive revenue and exceed market share goals
  • Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinking data-driven decision-making and people leadership
  • Strong communication presentation and organizational abilities
  • Passion for hospitality team development and local community engagement
