Director of Residential Services Position Summary

Schedule: Full Time; includes on-call responsibilities evenings weekends and holidays as needed
Pay: $29.30 - $36.20/hr.
Location: Broome County NY

Position Overview: The Director of Residential Services provides leadership and operational oversight for residential programs ensuring high-quality services regulatory compliance and positive outcomes for individuals served.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned residential programs.
• Ensure compliance with NYS OPWDD Medicaid and agency requirements.
• Lead mentor and supervise management staff.
• Recruit develop and retain a high-performing workforce.
• Monitor program quality service delivery and financial performance.
• Coordinate admissions discharges and residential service planning.
• Build positive relationships with individuals served families staff and community partners.
• Maintain accurate documentation billing and recordkeeping practices.
• Conduct audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Respond to incidents safety concerns and compliance matters.
• Participate in on-call leadership coverage and agency initiatives.

• Masters Degree and three (3) years of administrative or supervisory experience or Bachelors Degree and five (5) years of administrative or supervisory experience
• Valid drivers license acceptable to the agencys insurance carrier.
