Director of Quality

A medical facility located near Wichita Kansas is seeking full-time permanent Director of Quality to join their team!

The Director of Quality Job Description:

• Full-time direct hire position

• The Director of Quality will lead the strategic direction and oversight of the organizations Quality Infection Prevention & Control Regulatory Compliance and Case Management programs. This position will be instrumental in driving patient safety initiatives enhancing organizational performance and ensuring regulatory excellence through close collaboration with executive leadership medical staff and the governing board. Leads the organizations Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program and ensures compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards. Responsible for both strategic planning and day-to-day operational leadership including staffing departmental performance and cross-functional collaboration.
  

The Director of Quality Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have active RN License
  
• Masters degree in Nursing or comparable field is required
  
• Must have at least 3 years of hospital leadership experience
  
• Must have previous Quality experience
