Director of Quality and Risk Opportunity:

• Full-time permanent opportunity working face to face daily
  
• Monday-Friday schedule
  
• The Director of Quality and Risk will lead hospital-wide quality patient safety risk management and regulatory compliance initiatives ensuring adherence to federal state accreditation and organizational standards.
  
• Oversee accreditation readiness policy development performance improvement programs and data analysis through quality and patient experience platforms to drive operational excellence.
  
• The Director of Quality and Risk will partner with department leaders to enhance patient care resolve concerns manage risk-related activities and foster a culture of collaboration accountability and employee recognition.
  

Director of Quality and Risk Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in Risk Management Quality Management Patient Safety or Performance Improvement within a healthcare setting
  
• Must have experience with State Joint Commission and/or CARF surveys
  
• Hands-on facility-level leadership experience working directly with staff patients and department leaders is required
  
• LEAN/Six Sigma training or certification (Yellow Green or Black Belt) preferred
