Director of Proposals and District Contracts

Pay: 72000 to $75000 annually based on education and experience
Hours: Full-time 40 hours per week with occasional additional hours based on business needs

AlphaBEST Education provides extended day summer and enrichment programs designed to inspire and engage students while they discover and learn beyond the school day in a fun safe environment.

As our Director of Proposals & District Contracts youll lead the RFP process for AlphaBEST and its subsidiary companies while overseeing key B2B contract renewals and deadlines. Youll partner across Sales Operations Legal Finance Marketing and other teams to develop compelling proposals prepare for upcoming opportunities and ensure important contract milestones are proactively managed.

In this role you will:

• Lead RFPs RFQs and RFIs from opportunity evaluation through final submission
• Develop proposal strategy messaging content and supporting materials
• Own and maintain our Loopio proposal management platform and content library
• Track B2B contracts renewals extensions expirations and anticipated rebids
• Partner with Sales Legal Operations and other teams to proactively manage contract and proposal priorities
• Prepare presentation materials and teams for RFP interviews and finalist presentations
• Track proposal outcomes and use win/loss and competitive insights to strengthen future strategies
• Manage and develop one direct report supporting proposal coordination and administration
• Support business development and marketing initiatives as organizational priorities require

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience in proposal management RFP development business development contract administration marketing or a related field preferred
• Public-sector or education-sector RFP experience strongly preferred
• Exceptional writing editing project management and organizational skills
• Ability to interpret complex RFPs contracts procurement documents and scoring criteria
• Experience with proposal management software preferred; Loopio experience is a plus but not required
• Strong analytical presentation development and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
