Director of Project Management

Were looking for a PMO leader with demonstrated experience leading and developing project managers establishing portfolio governance managing enterprise project intake and prioritization and influencing executive decision-making across a complex this highly visible role youll partner with leaders across the organization to drive strategic priorities oversee complex projects and build a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous is hybrid with opportunity for both remote and onsite workWhat Youll DoStrategic Leadership & Project DeliveryLead the successful execution of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and transformation portfolio prioritization capacity planning and resource alignment across high-impact cross-functional projects including technology implementations and process improvement with business operations and technology leaders to ensure strong alignment and successful executive-level reporting on project progress risks dependencies and results. PMO Governance & Continuous ImprovementEstablish and maintain project governance standards documentation requirements and reporting enhance the organizations Project Life Cycle and Change Management project and change management practices align with regulatory expectations and examination assess and proactively resolve enterprise project risks and digital governance committees and strategic technology initiatives. Change Management & Team LeadershipChampion disciplined change management practices including requirements gathering testing training implementation readiness and post-launch coach and develop project management professionals to deliver consistent high-quality a culture focused on accountability collaboration innovation and risk awareness. What Youll BringRequired QualificationsBachelors leading a team of Project Managers10 years of project management experience including leading complex projects and leadership strategic thinking sound judgment and strong ethical written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational to translate complex operational and technical concepts into clear executive-level organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word Excel PowerPoint Visio and Project. Preferred QualificationsExperience within financial services banking or technology-driven with core banking platforms (e.g. Alkami Fiserv Jack Henry) is a leading large-scale system conversions or certification or strong knowledge of PMBOK methodologies. Compensation & BenefitsThe good-faith estimated base salary range for this position is $150000 - $200000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on factors including experience skills certifications education and training.
