Main purpose of the Director of Project Management position:

Lead special projects under the Creative Operations team defining and implementing strategies that align with organizational objectives ensuring successful execution and completion.

Major Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Strategically develop and manage project plans budget scope and resources.
• Lead and manage project teams both internal and external partners.
• Identify and manage risks associated with the project; provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Create and manage project budgets.
• Follow all regulations related to projects and ensure theyre in compliance.

Required Competencies:

To perform the job successfully an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

• Strategic leadership: align project goals with company objectives make high-level decisions and foster collaboration.
• Effective communication: tailor complex updates to executives and partners while managing expectations.
• Organizational acumen: manage budgets timelines and resource allocation across multiple projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in business administration project management.
• 5 years of leadership experience with a demonstrated history of leading teams and managing multiple projects.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in business administration project management.

• Proficient in relevant software applications and project management tools.
• Able to motivate and manage project teams.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $125000 to $150000
