Compensation: $160000 $200000 base bonus benefits
We are seeking a Director of Program Management to lead execution of complex manufacturing programs across a growing evolving production environment.
This role is responsible for ensuring customer programs are delivered on time on cost and to specification while also helping build structure discipline and scalability into how projects are executed across the business.
This is not a purely administrative PMO role. It requires a leader who can operate in technical fast-moving and sometimes undefined program environments where solutions must often be created rather than followed.
- Lead end-to-end execution of manufacturing programs from award through delivery
- Own program performance across scope schedule cost and quality
- Build and manage program plans milestones risk registers and delivery frameworks
- Act as primary interface between customers engineering manufacturing and supply chain
- Drive alignment across production procurement and engineering on program requirements
- Identify and manage program risks trade-offs and recovery plans
- Ensure accurate forecasting of program timelines costs and capacity impacts
- Support pricing estimating and bid/proposal development with commercial teams
- Establish scalable project/program management processes and governance
- Lead continuous improvement in delivery execution and cross-functional coordination
- Programs delivered on time and within budget expectations
- Strong cross-functional alignment between engineering ops and supply chain
- Clear visibility of all active programs and risks
- Improved predictability in execution and delivery performance
- A more structured and scalable program delivery function over time
- Builder Operator mindset (can create structure and run it)
- Experience managing complex engineered manufacturing programs
- Strong ability to operate in dynamic non-standardized environments
- Comfortable making decisions with incomplete or evolving information
- Strong cross-functional leadership across engineering and operations
- Excellent stakeholder and customer communication skills
- Ability to balance scope cost schedule and production reality
- 815 years in program management or project leadership
- Manufacturing industrial aerospace defense or OEM experience
- Experience managing technical engineered or custom production programs
- Strong understanding of production environments (machining fabrication assembly)
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects/programs
- Experience working with engineering and supply chain in delivery environments
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP-driven production planning preferred
- Aerospace defense or complex industrial manufacturing
- High-mix / low-volume or custom engineered products
- Growth or transformation-stage manufacturing environments
