• Lead the implementation and ongoing management of ML operations practices and tools to streamline the development deployment and monitoring of ML models.
• Continuously monitor and analyze model performance metrics identifying opportunities for further optimization and improvement.
• Collaborate with data science teams to implement automated hyperparameter tuning pipelines leveraging industry standard tools.
• Hire train and lead a high-performing team of data platform operations professionals fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with cross-functional teams including data engineering data science information technology and business stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in data management ML operations and cloud computing and drive the adoption of industry best practices within the organization.
• May telecommute but must reside near Miramar Florida headquarters or Dallas Texas office.
• Requires up to 10% domestic travel.

• Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in computer science software engineering electronic engineering or related field; plus 7 years of experience in job offered or similar occupation.
• At least 7 years of experience in ML platform operations including at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of ML operations tools and frameworks cloud platforms security and compliance risk management CI/CD strategic thinking and innovation stakeholder management and change management.
