Director of Pharmacy

A facility east of Klamath Falls is seeking a Director of Pharmacy to join their team!

Salary: $121600-$205000/yr

Director of Pharmacy Opportunity:

• Full-time permanent opportunity
  
• Schedule: Day Shift; Monday-Friday
  
• Leads overall pharmacy operations while collaborating with hospital leadership clinical staff and external partners to ensure safe compliant and effective medication services.
  
• Provides clinical pharmacy care including direct patient management therapy optimization and oversight of the medication-use process across diverse patient populations.
  
• Drives quality improvement regulatory compliance and staff education to enhance medication safety and integrate pharmacy services across the organization.
  

Director of Pharmacy Qualifications:

• Graduate from an ACPE-accredited pharmacy program
  
• License to practice as a pharmacist in the state of Oregon
  
• 2 or more years of pharmacy experience
  
• Previous leadership or supervision experience preferred
  
• Experience in a hospital setting preferred
