BluePearl is hiring a Director of People & Organization in Tampa FL. Serving as a strategic thought partner and business leader across the field hospitals and support center shaping and delivering P&O strategy to drive measurable business results.

As the Director of People and Organization you will:

• Champions and leads P&O Effectiveness driving continuous improvement in how P&O delivers value to the business through simplified processes data-driven decision-making and scalable solutions.

• Ensures the organization embraces equal opportunity and diversity and is responsive and agile in its changemanagement.

• Translates business priorities into targeted people strategies leveraging key P&O leverstalent organization design engagement and cultureto improve performance retention and operational effectiveness.

• Designs P&O policies and procedures ensuring adherence to all applicable employment laws and communicates policies across the organization. Ensures adherence and appropriate follow up.

• Ensures associates have open channels of communication within leadership concerns are being addressed and the organization provides clarity and transparency.

• Maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensures organizations compliance.

• Communicates changes in the organizations P&O policies and procedures and ensures that proper communications protocols are followed.

• Directly supervises P&O Business Partners provides training coaching mentoring and regular communication to ensure a high-performance and engaged team.

Education and Experience

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Psychology Business or related field required.

• 7 years relevant experience required.
