Position: Director of Speech therapy

What You ll Do
Lead mentor and develop a team of SLPs and SLPAs
Set and maintain high clinical standards and documentation quality
Partner with OT and PT leadership to deliver integrated care
Support hiring onboarding and training of new clinicians
Drive team performance accountability and engagement
Work closely with leadership to support clinic expansion and success
Help build a strong positive and growth-oriented team culture

What You Bring
Master s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active California SLP license (or ability to obtain)
Pediatric experience required; outpatient experience preferred
Leadership or supervisory experience or readiness to step into leadership
Strong clinical judgment and commitment to quality care
A proactive ownership-driven mindset
