• Lead day-to-day operational activities across multiple business functions.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management Healthcare Administration Finance or related field.
  
• 8 years of progressive leadership experience in operations management.
  
• Proven success leading cross-functional teams and large-scale operational initiatives.
  
• Strong experience developing KPIs dashboards and performance management frameworks.
  
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes increase efficiencies and drive organizational growth.
  
• Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Experience working within healthcare nonprofit professional services manufacturing or other complex operational environments is highly preferred.
  
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
