Education and Experience:
- Associates degree required
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience and 4 years shelters experience
Bachelors degree preferred
Work Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Work Location Requirement: Onsite
Schedule: 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
Compensation: $61532annually

About the Role
The Operations Director will: (a) oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the facility; and (b) have overall responsibility for the facility during the Directors absence.
Primary Responsibilities
Establish and maintain work schedules in accordance with agency policy and assignments of staff.
Manage completion of time clock edits and staff attendance compliance.
Manage performance evaluations promotions disciplinary actions and staff supervision.
Ensure required staff trainings are completed and conduct training as needed.
Participate in employment interviews and complete associated HR forms.
Provide clinical and administrative supervision to Case Manager Supervisors and Unit Supervisors.
Has on-call responsibility.
Promote compliance with federal state DHS and Veteran Administration regulations.
Coordinate audit preparation and corrective action plans.
Conduct length-of-stay reviews and case record reviews.
Maintain property safety accountability facility security and emergency preparedness.
Conduct inspections of vehicles property and resident rooms.
May conduct intake assessments and facility inspections.
May perform all duties of a House Manager or Unit Counselor as necessary.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
