NetApp is seeking a forward-thinking collaborative and results-driven Director of Operations Finance to lead financial strategy and operations within the organization. This critical role emphasizes ownership innovation and partnership across teams to drive business outcomes. As Director of Operations Finance you will lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) for our operations organization and serve as the finance partner for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). You will help shape decisions that drive efficiency scalability and customer value across the supply chain.

• Lead S&OP from a finance perspective integrating demand supply and financial plans
• Oversee FP&A for operations including forecasting budgeting variance analysis and reporting
• Partner cross-functionally with supply chain manufacturing and business leaders to inform decisions
• Translate data into actionable insights that drive performance and customer outcomes
• Build scalable financial models to support growth and operational excellence
• Champion continuous improvement automation and simplification of financial processes
• Develop and mentor a high-performing inclusive finance team

• Strong financial acumen with experience in FP&A operations finance or S&OP

• Experience building or improving scalable processes and tools

• Degree in Finance Business Economics or equivalent practical experience
• Proven experience in financial leadership operations or strategy roles (typically 12 years)
• Proficiency in financial modeling forecasting and reporting tools (e.g. Excel ERP systems BI tools)
