Director of Nursing Assisted Living

The Director of Nursing (DON) leads all nursing operations ensuring exceptional care and service for clients. You will manage and develop nursing staff coordinate care plans and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards. This role combines leadership clinical expertise and a commitment to delivering compassionate high-quality care. Typical hours are M-F Business hours. We have after hour weekend and holiday Triage to assist in work life balance.

Administration & Compliance

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active Minnesota RN license in good standing.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal) and computer skills.
• Strong assessment communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of federal state and local nursing regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.
• Current First Aid CPR and AED certification.
• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license.
• Ability to lift/carry 30 lbs. and meet physical requirements.
• Availability for on-call duties and emergency response.

• Experience as a director of nursing
• Eperience with older adults.
• Minimum three (3) years of nursing leadership experience.
