Director of Nursing (DON) RN BSN - Las Vegas NV
Location: Las Vegas NV $110k$140k DOE Skilled Nursing / Clinical Facility
The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership direction and supervision to all nursing staff
- Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure quality care standards
- Develop implement and evaluate nursing policies and procedures
- Ensure full compliance with federal state and local healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with physicians administrators and interdisciplinary teams
- Manage staffing schedules hiring onboarding and performance evaluations
- Monitor patient outcomes and lead quality improvement initiatives
- Oversee infection control safety protocols and risk management
- Maintain accurate documentation and HIPAA compliance
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Nevada (required)
- BSN required (MSN preferred)
- 12 years of nursing leadership experience (DON ADON Nurse Manager)
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
- Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills
- Experience in skilled nursing long-term care or similar setting a plus
