Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership direction and supervision to all nursing staff
Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure quality care standards
Develop implement and evaluate nursing policies and procedures

Collaborate with physicians administrators and interdisciplinary teams
Manage staffing schedules hiring onboarding and performance evaluations
Monitor patient outcomes and lead quality improvement initiatives
Oversee infection control safety protocols and risk management
Maintain accurate documentation and HIPAA compliance
Qualifications:
Active RN license in Nevada (required)
BSN required (MSN preferred)
12 years of nursing leadership experience (DON ADON Nurse Manager)
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills
Experience in skilled nursing long-term care or similar setting a plus
