HireTeq Solutions is hiring a Director of Nursing (DON) for one of our Fortune 500 healthcare clients. This role will support the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in overseeing nursing operations patient care services staff management and clinical excellence across multiple hospital units.

• Support the CNO in managing nursing operations and patient care delivery.
• Oversee staffing scheduling and clinical resource management.
• Ensure compliance with The Joint Commission CMS HIPAA and other relevant healthcare regulations.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives patient safety and performance standards.
• Mentor coach and develop nursing teams.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

• Active and unrestricted RN license.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
• BSN or Bachelors in a healthcare-related field required (MSN preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of hospital leadership or nurse management experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Strong experience in acute care clinical operations staffing management patient safety and regulatory compliance.
