Contract Length: 9 Weeks

Shift: Day Shift (7:00 AM 3:30 PM)

Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week

Pay Rate: $68.00- $70.00/Hour

Parkersburg Care Center is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) for a 9-week contract assignment. The ideal candidate will provide clinical leadership oversee nursing operations ensure regulatory compliance and promote high-quality resident care.

• Direct and oversee daily nursing department operations.

• Ensure compliance with state federal and facility regulations.

• Supervise mentor and support nursing staff.

• Coordinate resident care plans and quality improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain exceptional patient outcomes.

• Active RN License.

• Previous Director of Nursing or nursing leadership experience required.

• Strong knowledge of LTC/SNF regulations and compliance standards.

• Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage staffing scheduling and clinical operations.
