Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to provide clinical leadership operational oversight and nursing management within a healthcare facility setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities a solid clinical background and experience managing nursing teams while ensuring quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

• Oversee daily nursing operations and supervise clinical staff
• Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care and nursing services
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations facility policies and clinical standards
• Support staffing coordination scheduling and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
• Provide leadership mentorship and guidance to nursing staff
• Participate in quality improvement and performance management initiatives
• Maintain effective communication with leadership staff patients and families

• Previous Director of Nursing (DON) or nursing leadership experience preferred
• Active nursing license required
• Strong leadership organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage clinical operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory standards required
