Our outpatient center offers comprehensive mental health counseling psychiatric care and supportive services for individuals of all ages. From therapy and medication management to psychological testing and community-based support we tailor every treatment plan to fit each persons goals preferences and circumstances.

About the Role:
As the Director of Nursing you will lead with empathy clinical expertise and a people-first mindset. You will oversee nursing services in our hospital and outpatient settings ensuring care is delivered with excellence efficiency and a deep respect for each patients experience. This role is pivotal in shaping our nursing culture mentoring our dedicated staff and driving continuous improvement across programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead inspire and manage a team of nursing professionals to deliver high-quality patient-centered care

• Oversee compliance budgeting staffing and clinical outcomes to support strategic and operational goals

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners to provide integrated and holistic care

• Champion staff development career growth and succession planning within the nursing department

• Serve as a trusted advisor in resolving complex patient and family concerns with empathy and professionalism

• Ability to manage complex operations and guide large diverse teams

• Knowledge of regulatory standards and quality improvement practices

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Bachelors Degree in Nursing required.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of five years relevant clinical experience required including at least three years of management experience.

• Six months psychiatric experience is required.

• Experience working with addictions preferred. APRN acceptable.

Certification/Licensure

Licensure as a Registered Nurse required.
