Our outpatient center offers comprehensive mental health counseling psychiatric care and supportive services for individuals of all ages. About the Role:
As the Director of Nursing you will lead with empathy clinical expertise and a people-first mindset. You will oversee nursing services in our hospital and outpatient settings ensuring care is delivered with excellence efficiency and a deep respect for each patients experience. This role is pivotal in shaping our nursing culture mentoring our dedicated staff and driving continuous improvement across programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead inspire and manage a team of nursing professionals to deliver high-quality patient-centered care
Oversee compliance budgeting staffing and clinical outcomes to support strategic and operational goals
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners to provide integrated and holistic care
Champion staff development career growth and succession planning within the nursing department
Serve as a trusted advisor in resolving complex patient and family concerns with empathy and professionalism
What You Bring:

Strong leadership skills with experience in both inpatient and outpatient care environments
Ability to manage complex operations and guide large diverse teams
Knowledge of regulatory standards and quality improvement practices
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and a collaborative spirit
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelors Degree in Nursing required.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of five years relevant clinical experience required including at least three years of management experience.
Six months psychiatric experience is required.
Experience working with addictions preferred. APRN acceptable.
Certification/Licensure
Licensure as a Registered Nurse required.
