Director of Marketing

We are seeking a creative and results driven Director of Marketing to lead marketing initiatives for a growing multi unit restaurant organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing local marketing strategies increasing community engagement and driving restaurant sales.

This is a hands on position that splits time between the corporate office and restaurant locations.

• Develop and execute local store marketing strategies
• Manage marketing budgets across multiple locations
• Build partnerships with schools businesses and community organizations
• Coordinate promotions grand openings and special events
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements
• Work closely with operations to increase traffic and sales

• Current experience in a Marketing Manager or Director of Marketing role
• Multi unit restaurant or retail marketing experience preferred
• Strong digital and community marketing background
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Comfortable working both in the office and in the field
• Bachelors degree program in Marketing Business Administration Communications or related field.
