Maintenance Director-Senior Living

Join The Landings of Canton Hillsas our Director of Maintenance where you will lead and oversee all maintenance operations to ensure the efficient and safe functioning of our facilities in Canton GA. This role is crucial in maintaining the quality and reliability of our infrastructure while managing a dedicated team and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

• Competitive hourly pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour paid bi-weekly.

• Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to maximize equipment up-time and performance.
• Partner with community leadership and department directors to ensure our residents enjoy a safe comfortable well-maintained environment.
• Keep our community safe comfortable and operating at its best.
• Lead and support the maintenance and housekeeping team.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs throughout the community.
• Manage vendors supplies and maintenance expenses.
• Troubleshoot building systems including HVAC electrical and plumbing.
• Partner with leadership to address resident and family needs related to the physical environment.
• Ensure the community meets applicable safety and regulatory standards.
• Help identify opportunities to improve the building equipment and overall resident experience.

• Monday - Friday
• 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Occasional Manager on Duty (MOD) weekend shift with an exchange day off during the work week
• Participate in an established on-call rotation for urgent maintenance emergencies

• Previous maintenance facilities property management healthcare hospitality senior living commercial building or related experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC electrical mechanical systems and maintenance best practices.
• Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships effectively.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Technical certification trade training or degree in maintenance engineering facilities management or a related field preferred; equivalent hands-on maintenance leadership experience will also be considered.
