Director of IT - Kapco Grafton WI

Kapco is looking for an innovative IT leader who has experience implementing emerging technologies in a growing diverse manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor providing guidance on how technology can be a catalyst for growth efficiency and competitive advantage. Weve made significant investments into our ERP & Business Intelligence platforms and this individual will play a critical role in ensuring we leverage scale & maximize our investments.

Position Responsibilities:

• IT Strategy: Understands the unique needs of each business division & translates that into a clear actionable IT strategy that aligns with the companys overall vision
• IT Infrastructure: Leads the IT shared service including all IT infrastructure & Helpdesk support operations as well as the cybersecurity function for Kapco & our family of companies
• IT Applications & Systems:Oversees critical manufacturing platforms such as ERP (Plex) WMS (Cella) CRM (Salesforce) and other platforms to ensure reliability scalability & data integrity
• Vendor & Budget Management:Manages relationships with strategic technology partners and oversees IT operating & capital budgets
• Business Transformation: Work with leaders across the business to identify technology pain points & maintain a funnel of high impact technology opportunities to address those needs
• Technology Advocacy: Stay abreast of current and emerging technologies in the manufacturing & supply chain space including areas such as Industry 4.0 Business Intelligence AI & others
• Team Leadership:Builds and leads a high-performing IT team fostering collaboration between IT & the business
• Other duties as assigned

Experience & Qualifications:

• Education:Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or a related field; a Masters degree or MBA is highly desirable.
• Experience:10-15 years of progressive IT experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Technical Expertise:Deep knowledge of database applications in manufacturing including ERP & CRM systems Industry 4.o & OT platforms and business intelligence tools
• Leadership Skills:Exceptional communication stakeholder management and ability to influence in a matrixed organization
