Technology plays an increasingly strategic role in advancing this mission. Following significantinvestments in cloud technologies enterprise applications collaboration platforms and datacapabilities the Foundation is seeking a visionary technology leader who can maximize theseinvestments while ensuring a strong security posture advancing responsible AI adoption andpositioning the organization for the future.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer/Vice President of Finance and Administration and
managing the IT Specialist the Director of Information Technology serves as the Foundations
senior technology leader and trusted advisor on technology strategy cybersecurity enterprise
risk data governance and responsible AI adoption.

This role extends well beyond traditional IT operations. The successful candidate will develop
and execute a technology roadmap that aligns with organizational priorities protects sensitive
information ensures cyber resilience and enables staff to leverage technology to improve
collaboration decision-making and organizational effectiveness.

The Director will lead enterprise technology initiatives oversee infrastructure and vendor
partnerships champion change management and foster a culture where technology is secure
accessible and viewed as a strategic business enabler. They will also guide the thoughtful
implementation of artificial intelligence by establishing governance identifying practical business
applications and ensuring new technologies are introduced responsibly ethically and securely.

This position is based in Pittsburgh and is expected to work in the office Monday through
Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.

with deep technical expertise. They understand that technology is not simply an operational
function but a catalyst for organizational performance collaboration and informed decision-making.
They bring demonstrated experience leading cybersecurity initiatives managing enterprise
technology risk strengthening data governance guiding digital transformation and helping
organizations successfully adopt new technologies through thoughtful change management.
Equally important they possess exceptional communication skills executive presence and a
collaborative leadership style that inspires confidence across all levels of the organization.

progressive technology leadership experience including at least five years leading

Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position is $170000 - $192000 complemented by a comprehensive
benefits package that includes outstanding healthcare coverage generous retirement
contributions and matching paid time off and paid parking downtown among others.
