Director of HRIS

Principal Responsibilities and Duties:

• Lead the HR technology strategy and multi-year HRIS roadmap.â
• Oversee HRIS administration optimization upgrades implementations and integrations.â
• Serve as principal HR technology advisor to HR and executive leadership.â
• Direct enterprise HRIS projects and vendor relationships.â
• Establish data governance standards security protocols audits and compliance controls.â
• Oversee reporting dashboards workforce analytics and executive reporting.â
• Partner with stakeholders to improve workflows automation and user experience.â
• Lead testing change management communications and adoption efforts related to system enhancements.â
• Serve as executive owner of the UKG Pro platform strategy and optimization efforts.â
• Supervise HRIS staff and support professional development and performance management.â

Knowledge Skills and Abilities Required:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Information Systems Computer Science or related field required;Mastersdegree preferred.â
• 7-10 years of progressive HRIS and HR technology experience with 3-5 years of leadership experience.â
• Strong project management analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.â
• Experience leading complex HR technology implementations and enterprise-wide initiatives.â
• Specific experience with UKG Pro (formerly UltiPro) including Core HR Recruiting Onboarding Benefits Compensation Performance Management Reporting and Business Intelligence modules is strongly preferred.â

Pay for this position is determined by a number of factors including education level and experience. The pay range for this position is $141676-$233478
