What Youll Do:
- Manage a large team of maintenance personnel across the Southeastern U.S. fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
- Oversee preventative maintenance repair operations and vendor relationships to keep our fleet running efficiently.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives perform detailed ROI analyses and make strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Ensure strict compliance with DOT OSHA EPA and other safety regulations.
- Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance processes and develop staff maintaining high standards of service and safety.

Required Skills:
Manage a large team of maintenance personnel across the Southeastern U.S. fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork. Required Education:
Education: Bachelors degree in a relevant : 10 years in diesel maintenance or shop management with a strong technical or mechanical background. At least 10 years managing teams of 20 technicians and administrative : Minimum of three key diesel Skills: Advanced knowledge of maintenance systems like TMW and TMT.
