Director of Finance & Operations

Hands-On Leadership Professional Services Required

A wellestablished professional services firm is seeking a Director of Finance & Operations to serve as the backbone of the organizations financial and operational infrastructure.

This is a broad leadershiporiented role for someone who enjoys being both strategic and executional.

What Youll Do

• Lead all accounting reporting budgeting and forecasting activities
• Manage operational infrastructure tied to finance HR payroll and vendors
• Partner with senior leadership on business planning growth and profitability
• Analyze performance by project client and service line
• Drive continuous improvement across systems controls and processes

What Were Looking For

• Directorlevel or strong Controller background within professional services
• Experience directly running finance and operations (not purely FP&A or technical accounting)
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and support leadership with clear actionable insights
• Background in smaller or midmarket organizations preferred
