Director of Family Support Hourly

Pay:$23.00 - $26.00 per hour! (depending on related experience)

Nature of Work:

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Family Support Services Programs. Ensures the development and implementation of program objectives. Acts as primary liaison to programs operated by Pathways Inc. the community parents participating in the Family Support Services Programs and relevant service providers.

Interfaces with local and Regional OPWDD DDSO personnel relative to the operations of the Family Support Services. Collaborates with Executive Vice President of Residential Services on the program operations and in the development of the annual program operating budget.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associates Degree in Human Services related field and one years experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED is required. Must have supervisory experience along with effective communications and organization skills.
• Must have valid drivers license.
• Must meet the requirements related to Criminal History Record checks that became effective April 1 2005 which requires prospective employees to be fingerprinted if they have regular and substantial unsupervised or unrestricted physical contact with people receiving services in our programs regulated by OPWDD.
