Position Overview

A fast-growing consumer products company is seeking a highly driven Director of Execution to partner directly with the founders and lead execution across the business.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and knows how to turn ideas into results. Youll drive company-wide initiatives ensure accountability across teams remove roadblocks and keep priorities moving forward.

This is not an Executive Assistant position. Its an operations leadership role focused on execution ownership and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority business initiatives from concept through completion

• Partner directly with company leadership to turn strategy into execution

• Drive cross-functional initiatives across operations marketing customer experience product development and supply chain

• Hold internal teams agencies vendors and contractors accountable to deadlines and deliverables

• Build scalable processes systems scorecards and accountability structures

• Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve operational challenges

• Ensure projects continue moving without leadership needing to follow up

• Create visibility around priorities timelines ownership and results

• Support operational improvements and company growth initiatives

• Track progress and provide leadership with clear reporting on key initiatives

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in operations RevOps project execution business operations or a related leadership role

• Proven track record of driving measurable business results

• Strong project management organizational and problem-solving skills

• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple priorities

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to hold others accountable

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment

• Highly proactive with a strong sense of ownership

Preferred Experience

• Consumer products manufacturing or supply chain experience

• E-commerce experience

• Experience working with EOS or similar operating systems
