Director of Enrollment Operations and CRM

Position Summary
The Director of Enrollment Operations and CRM leads the strategic development optimization and management of North Central Colleges enrollment technology infrastructure data systems processes and data analysis across all entry types (undergraduate and graduate). Reporting directly to the Vice President for Enrollment Strategy and partnering closely with the Director of CRM Strategy and Institutional Insights this role serves as enrollment managements primary system administrator and strategist for Slate. The Director manages critical high-volume data bridgesspecifically between Slate Centralized Application Services ( CAS ) platforms other external platforms/vendors and Ellucian Colleagueensuring a seamless flow of data. This leader supervises a team dedicated to application processing communication infrastructure data integrity and data analysis transforming complex technical systems into high-efficiency workflows that support the institutions enrollment goals.
