How you will make an impact

• Lead all food and beverage operations across multiple dining venues ensuring exceptional service high-quality dining experiences operational excellence and resident satisfaction.
• Direct and develop Dining Services teams through effective leadership training coaching and collaboration with Culinary partners to deliver chef-driven menus seasonal offerings and continuous service improvement.
• Oversee departmental financial performance including budget accountability labor management food and per-meal costs financial reporting and implementation of effective cost-control measures.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal state and local regulations while maintaining accurate accounting practices operational standards and performance metrics.
• Evaluate and enhance programs purchasing operations and personnel performance through data-driven decision-making resident feedback analysis and strategic action planning.

Compensation:

• Commensurate with experience starting at $115000.00 per year plus eligibility for annual bonus

What you will need

• Minimum of 7 years restaurant or food service management experience including production service sanitation training and education is required.
• Serve Safe Certified obtained within 6 months of employment. Additional certifications are required by federal state and/or local regulations.
