Job Summary

Position duties will include but not be limited to the following:
Education: Bachelors degree
Experience: Five years of experience in IT digitalworkplace business process improvement or related fields
Notes: Additional experience may substitute year-for-yearfor the degree requirement
SELECTIVE QUALIFICATIONS
Two years of experience designing or administeringMicrosoft 365 solutions
One year of experience developing automation or AI-basedsolutions

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience leading enterprise Microsoft 365 or PowerPlatform programs
Experience with workflow automation and low-codedevelopment
Experience delivering training and organizational changemanagement
Experience implementing information governance or recordsmanagement
Supervisory or team lead experience
Subject to background & credit Investigation
Occasional after-hours or weekend work required
