| Overview: | Quinnipiac University is seeking a strategic innovative and audience-focused Director of Digital Content Strategy to lead the vision and direction of the universitys digital content this highly collaborative leadership role you will define how Quinnipiac tells its story across digital platforms ensuring content is engaging discoverable data-informed and aligned with institutional priorities. The Director of Digital Content Strategy serves as the architect of the universitys content strategy leveraging audience research behavioral insights search trends AI visibility and competitive intelligence to guide content decisions that connect with prospective students current students alumni faculty staff and other key stakeholders. Working closely with Marketing & Communications leadership you will establish editorial standards content frameworks and strategic priorities that empower content creators and channel managers to deliver consistent high-impact experiences across web social email paid media and emerging platforms. This role plays a critical part in advancing the universitys enrollment and retention goals by developing content initiatives that build awareness deepen engagement and inspire prospective students to take action. By aligning content strategy with user needs and institutional objectives you will help ensure that Quinnipiacs digital presence remains relevant accessible and effective in an increasingly competitive higher education landscape. The ideal candidate is experienced in analyzing performance in SEO/AEO/GEO understands how to improve it and provides best-practice-based content creation recommendations to our marketing and communications development teams. The position will guide storytelling across platforms and ensure content is engaging and discoverable. |
