Director of Digital Asset Platforms

Global X is seeking an experienced leader to serve as the Director of Digital Asset Platforms responsible for designing and executing the firms digital asset and tokenization platform strategy. The role will lead the development of institutional-grade infrastructure supporting tokenized ETFs onchain investment products and nextgeneration fund distribution capabilities.

The position sits at the intersection of traditional asset management capital markets and blockchain-based financial infrastructure. The successful candidate will work closely with product portfolio management legal compliance technology and operations teams to develop scalable digital platforms that integrate with existing ETF operational and distribution frameworks while positioning Global X as a leader in nextgeneration fund infrastructure.

• Define and execute Global X digital asset platform strategy including infrastructure supporting tokenized ETFs and digital investment products

• Design tokenization frameworks enabling onchain representation of regulated investment funds

• Evaluate blockchain networks smart contract standards digital custody providers and tokenization infrastructure

• Develop digital platforms supporting investor onboarding wallet connectivity and reporting

• Collaborate with product portfolio management and capital markets teams to structure digitally native investment vehicles

• Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure digital asset initiatives meet evolving regulatory requirements

• Oversee integration between traditional ETF systems (fund administration transfer agents market makers) and digital asset infrastructure

• Build strategic partnerships with blockchain infrastructure providers fintech platforms and institutional market participants

• Lead crossfunctional initiatives across engineering product management operations and digital strategy

• Develop the longterm roadmap for digital asset capabilities including tokenized securities issuance and onchain lifecycle management

• Partner with global affiliates within Mirae Asset network to explore cross-border digital asset initiatives

• 7 years of experience in asset management fintech digital assets or financial technology infrastructure

• Strong understanding of the ETF ecosystem including creation/redemption mechanics distribution channels and capital markets structure

• Experience building digital asset platforms tokenization infrastructure or blockchainbased financial systems

• Familiarity with blockchain networks smart contracts token standards digital custody and digital securities

• Proven leadership managing crossfunctional teams across product technology and operations

• Ability to translate emerging technologies into scalable institutional investment platforms

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior leadership and external partners

Compensation

• $200000-$225000 plus annual bonus
