Director of Dealer Services

TITLE:Director of Dealer Services - Arivo

REPORTS TO:CEO

FLSA STATUS:Exempt

POSITION SUMMARY: VP - Dealer Support oversees the internal Dealer Support team while maintaining and growing an assigned addition VP - Dealer Support develops and maintains excellent working relationships with dealers external reps and internal Arivo team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage Dealer Support team

• Maintain and grow assigned market

• Train dealers on program and tools

• Resource for external Dealer Support team

• Follow up on product titles recourse and charge backs.

• Onboard new dealerships

• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelors degree in Business Marketing communications or related field

• Experience working in a sales position

• 2-5 years of management experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication ability

• Ability to de-escalate situations

• Professional demeanor

• 2-5 years management or supervisory experience

• Experience in the automotive and/or auto finance industry helpful
