Position Overview
A growing healthcare organization is seeking a Director of Compliance & Quality to lead compliance quality assurance risk management and operational governance across the company.
This individual will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance strengthening internal processes implementing organization-wide policies and procedures and driving accountability across departments. The role requires a leader who can earn credibility throughout the organization influence teams and successfully execute operational improvements while maintaining the highest compliance standards.
The ideal candidate may come from healthcare compliance ABA behavioral health home care or a related regulated healthcare environment. Strong HR leaders with significant compliance experience will also be considered.
The Ideal Candidate
Proven healthcare compliance leader with strong operational awareness
Experienced managing teams and driving accountability across departments
Able to implement policies procedures and compliance initiatives organization-wide
Strong understanding of audits risk management regulatory requirements and quality assurance
Comfortable partnering with executive leadership on organizational improvements
Respected communicator who can influence both leadership and frontline staff
Process-driven with a track record of improving systems and operational effectiveness
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the organizations compliance and quality assurance programs
Develop implement and monitor policies procedures and internal controls
Ensure compliance with healthcare employment operational and regulatory requirements
Partner with executive leadership to identify and mitigate organizational risk
Manage and mentor the Quality Assurance team
Conduct internal audits investigations and compliance reviews
Develop corrective action plans and ensure successful execution
Create and deliver compliance training across departments
Monitor regulatory changes and implement necessary operational updates
Establish compliance reporting metrics and accountability measures
Drive process improvement initiatives that strengthen compliance and operational performance
Collaborate with clinical operational HR and administrative leadership teams
Qualifications
Must-Haves
7 years of compliance quality HR compliance or regulatory leadership experience within healthcare
Prior management experience overseeing teams
Experience implementing policies procedures and compliance programs
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations auditing investigations and risk management
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive execution across departments
Bachelors degree required
Preferred
ABA behavioral health home care healthcare services or related industry experience
Quality Assurance leadership experience
Multi-site healthcare experience
Advanced degree or relevant certifications
