Were hiring a Director of Clinical Education and Training who wants to use their clinical experience to develop the next generation of Nurse Practitioners while continuing to make a meaningful impact in primary care.

Youll step into an outpatient leadership role focused on clinical preceptorship onboarding and competency development for newly hired Nurse Practitioners. Youll work alongside new providers supervise patient encounters provide ongoing feedback and help each NP progress toward confident independent practice.

What makes you a great fit
You hold an MSN; DNP is highly preferred
You are licensed and certified as an FNP AGPCNP or PNP
You bring 7 years of NP clinical experience with significant outpatient primary care experience
You have 2 years of community health or safety-net experience
You have prior experience precepting mentoring or onboarding clinical staff
You value patient-centered care education and serving underserved populations

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $140000$160000
