A great community facility located an hour west of Albuquerque NM is seeking a full-time Director of Case Management to join its team. Details are below.

Pay: $51.21-$75.79 (depending on experience)

Director of Case Management Opportunity:

• Full-time permanent position
  
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 7 AM5 PM

• The Director of Case Management is responsible for the direction of staff and fiscal resources of the entire Case Management department
  
• Demonstrates leadership skills that include team building motivating staff with enthusiasm and compassion effective communication skills recruitment of staff and responsible department budgeting
  
• The Director of Case Management should identify and resolve barriers that hinder efficient patient care
  

Director of Case Management Qualifications:

• Current New Mexico RN License or compact state
  
• At least 5 years of case management experience in an acute care hospital setting required
